We identified through our research some insights that indicated to us what a customer visiting the site was keen to find on the web.
detailed information of the materials, and the source of some of the elements used in the jewels were key to motivating the user to proceed with a purchase.

A Shopify eCommerce site that we helped to go from a jewellery shop to a global eCommerce site that builds every single product with the only purpose of adding custom value to every customer.

The Challenge
One of the biggest challenges/opportunities was to migrate the loyalty and years of recognition that the brand has built through time to the digital world, we interview around 50 customers that had purchased 3 o more times in the last year and we saw the opportunity to design something unique that embraces the reputation of the brand.
